Our beautiful, diverse, coastal city is where I raised my daughter and worked the last 11 years as a paralegal in the city attorney’s office. I gained in-depth knowledge of city operations and an understanding of policies. I will pay careful attention to the voices of many different people and use my city government know-how to improve services, build more affordable housing, help shelter and serve the unhoused, slow traffic, plant trees, and work to make Portland prosper.

Livable Portland

  • By talking to District 2 residents and neighborhood associations, I am building an understanding of their top concerns. They want to feel at home.

  • Every issue can lead to a deeper understanding of how Portland can change for the better. Zoning and traffic can make life better — or fail to protect us.

  • My main priority will be the work of the Portland City Council. Its meeting schedule and challenges take a lot of time!

I know how our city government works – and how it can work for you!

To start with, when people are building things, we need to help them make progress as soon as possible, by improving the permitting and inspections process.
